Regarding the design and management of public sector capacity-building initiatives, the Solomon Islands ICT Capacity Development Program (ICTCDP) and the Regional Multidisciplinary Centre of Excellence Feasibility Study best demonstrate Educo's experience in this area. Drawing on Educo's experience in the integrated use of capacity building, strategic planning, and organisational development, these projects have involved targeted action to foster capacity at the individual and organisational levels, with the aim of generating additional benefits for the country's wider institutional environment.
